E & H team members, Tim Eiden and Karen Hatfield are excited again this year to be a part of the Rotary Holiday giving project. Members of a family adopted by Rotary this holiday season will have their Christmas wishes met thanks to the generosity of members from the Rotary club of Menomonie. “It gives Tim and I so much pleasure to bring joy to those who may not have had their wishes filled otherwise”, says Karen Hatfield.
Nicole Wells serves on the Board of Directors for the Kiwanis Club of New Richmond. Since the start of the pandemic, the club continues to focus on providing safe events for the community’s youth. Kiwanis sponsored Scary Mary Park with Rotary Club of New Richmond over Halloween. The event allowed more than 700 families to enjoy a friendly scare from the comfort of their own vehicles. Kiwanis is also asking families and businesses to light up the town with their best Christmas decorations. Kiwanis is sponsoring a night of sightseeing on December 12 with hot chocolate and prizes.
